The ultimate aim of the practice of cultivating wisdom for  living is to bring the mental, emotional, social and psychological suffering of living to an end. We accomplish that aim by discovering the unconditioned and complete spiritual freedom through deep contemplation with daily meditation.

MindSight Meditation practices are designed for both beginners and those that are experienced with the history and spiritual foundations of meditation.

MindSight or Insight, in the historical tradition means (Vipassana) and its principle and technique which has been practiced in Asia for over 2,500 years. Chronic anxiety, depression, stress-ridden living conditions, fear and worries taint every area of modern-day living of today’s society; the fear of violence, terrorists, wars, regional upheavals, social unrests, unsustainable economies, unreliable political systems and growing unemployment coupled with individual crises. All of these create a very fertile ground for obsessive fear and anxiety of a very, very uncertain future.

With MindSight Meditation, the mind is able to focus its attentions on the rhythms of the magnificent breath, which enable a moment for the heart to focus and concentrate, while stillness remains in the mind. This experience opens the doors that allow the mind to see through the real conditions of the mind, thereby the whole person is experiencing living in the present in the here and now, not in the past with all of its regrets or the future, with all of its uncertainties.

The being can, and will in that moment experiencing deep peace. Meanwhile, there are 7 signs that are imminent to perpetual crisis in life and , 5 of them have already happened. As human, we are very good at repressing emotions. Although, from time to time, we display signs and symptoms of worries and expression of concerns about what is going on in the world, as well as in our individual lives. We do so rather impatiently, because we do not really know what is going to happen next. Many of us want to improve our lives and understanding about the world with what appears to be inevitability of events that would negatively effect our living. We also have the innate desire to more clearly, however, we are unable to accept the reality that, there is no easy ways to quickly eliminating the pain that is constant with our living, and the suffering that is a reflection of the conditions of our lives and all of the negative emotions that are causing so much discomfort in the world and in our living conditions.
