Nevertheless, the heart of the matter is, our emotional liberation does not reside in the strength of our external powers, financial gains, education, theological beliefs or political affiliation. Nor does the best version of ourselves can dictate providential intentions.

Meditation enabling us to look inward where the silence of pure wisdom awaits us. Meditation is a powerful vehicle toward self-realization, because it teaches us to move perception into reality.
